Supernatural

Two Brothers crisscrossing the country. Saving people with the help of An Angel and sometimes a demon. Hunting things that go bump in the night. The Family Business. This is Supernatural.

   Supernatural is about these 2 brothers, Sam(Middle Left) and Dean(Middle Right) Winchester,  who hunt monsters such as Demons, Ghosts, Vampires, etc. They are known as Hunters cause they hunt things. The show has been running since 2005 and was only supposed to have 3 seasons and they are now filming their 13th season. Each season they hunt something different. Like In season 9 they are trying to figure out how to kill a knight of Hell. Season 11 they are trying to figure out how to either kill or lock up Amara(She is the Darkness). A few of the main Characters are: Sam Winchester, Dean Winchester, Bobby Singer, Crowley, and Castiel.

                                                              BACKSTORY

    After their mother died when Sam was only 6 moths old, their father(John Winchester) went to become a hunter so he can find the thing that killed Mary(Sam and Dean's mom and John's wife) and he trained his boys to become hunters like him. They bounced around from town to town living in motels. Then when Sam became old enough he left them because he wanted to be "normal" so he went to Stanford. After a year or two Dean showed up and told Sam that their dad was missing. And that's when they both hit the road in search of their dad.

SAM WINCHESTER: 

Sam is the younger by four years. He is played by Jared Padalecki. His mother died when he was 6 months old by a demon, who bled into his mouth making him have demon blood coursing through his veins. By the time he was 19 he left Hunting with his brother and dad and went to College. 4 years later, Dean shows up and tells him Dad has been on a hunting trip and he hasn't been home in a few days. So Sam packs up and goes and helps him with the case their dad was working on. After the case Sam's girlfriend died, so he continued hunting with Dean. Through out the series, Sam has Died a total of 6 times(don't worry he came back fighting each time)

 DEAN WINCHESTER:

 Dean is the oldest brother. He is played by Jensen Ackles. Dean has always been the one who had to look out for Sam. He puts Sam's needs before his own. He has one true love, His car,(Which he calls Baby) a 1967 Chevy Impala. Him and Sam drive around in the Impala. Dean isn't much for faith, unlike Sam. Before he met Castiel, he didn't believe in Angels or that their was a God. He is almost always eating food, usually a burger. Like Sam, Dean has also died multiple times. In one episode Dean and Sam get stuck in a time loop where Dean dies and then Sam wakes up again and then repeat. In that episode Dean died 103 times before the loop was broken. In total Dean Winchester has died 111 times.








CASTIEL:
Castiel is an angel of the Lord. He pulled Dean from Hell at the beginning of Season 4. He is played by Misha Collins. Cas is what Dean calls him making it eventually his nickname. Cas has died too. That's right. Angels die too. They can only be killed by Angel blades though. He has died 5 times, i think! Cas tries to help, but sometimes he tries to hard and becomes God. He really tries to help and he does help most of the time.


BOBBY SINGER:

Bobby is another hunter. He introduced John (Sam and Dean's father) to hunting after Mary died. He is played by Jim Beaver. Bobby is more of a father to the boys. He cared about them and made sure they were OK when John had him watch them, while they were growing up. He is almost always Drinking, but then again so is Dean. Bobby doesn't do that many hunts. He mostly does the phones. Like When Sam and Dean go undercover as FBI Agents and the people don't believe them, then they have Them call Bobby's number so he can say that they are FBI Agents. He has like 6 different phones all labeled with like CDC,FBI, etc. Sadly Bobby dies in season 7. However, he does appear in all seasons except season 12.

CROWLEY:

Crowley is a demon, but not just any demon. He is the King of Hell. Crowley is played by Mark Sheppard. In the beginning when he was introduced in season 5, he was more of a bad guy. He still is a bad guy in the sense of a villain. He does help the Winchesters from time to time. Crowley was human back in the 1700s. However when he died (he sold his soul as a human) he became a demon. As a demon Crowley has only died once.
